NEW UNIT! :) Standard 1: Structure of Matter

With the Standard 5 Unit Test behind us, it is time to start a new unit!!!  HOORAY!  Isn't learning fun???

We will start Standard 1 this week by learning some new vocabulary words:

electrons

nucleus

protons

neutrons

elements

particle

atom

model

molecule

solid

liquid

gas

The vocabulary pages are due on WEDNESDAY October 9th at the beginning of class.  I am giving you a day in class to work on them, and then two nights at home.  That should be plenty of time to make sure that they are 100% complete.
